  2. Cube design: map which modules and dimensions need to be modeled based on reporting priorities.
  3. Initial load: first full data load and validation against source D365 figures.
  4. Refresh scheduling: set and document a refresh cadence appropriate to reporting needs.
  5. Power BI connection: connect dashboards once the warehouse is validated and stable.
