ABOUT PINPOINT ERPS
Founder-led ERP advisory for companies that need experience more than headcount.
PinPoint ERPS is built around direct senior involvement: the person diagnosing the problem stays close to the work, the decisions, and the outcome.
SHAUN HERN · FOUNDER
30+ years across ERP, manufacturing, distribution, finance, and the reality between the process map and the production floor.
Shaun Hern has led ERP consulting, implementations, migrations, optimization, governance, reporting, and post-go-live support across SYSPRO, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, and adjacent business systems.
More recently, that experience has covered both sides of the ERP relationship: first as the internal senior ERP owner responsible for a major D365 transformation, then as the consulting-side Client Program Manager responsible for Sage X3 client relationships and delivery. That perspective makes it easier to translate technical issues into executive decisions and recognize when an implementation, vendor, or internal team is solving the wrong problem.
RECENT LEADERSHIP ARC
Ocean Insight
Led a $2.5M Oracle EBS-to-D365 Finance & Operations transformation across seven business units, with responsibility spanning finance, supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, data migration, security/SoD, reporting, integrations, governance, and adoption.
Net-at-Work
Joined in August 2024 as Client Program Manager, managing manufacturing and distribution accounts through cadence calls, BPRs, QBR-style reviews, roadmaps, upgrades, escalations, scope/SOW discussions, training, integrations, and post-go-live strategy.
Decades of platform experience
The D365 and Sage X3 leadership sits on top of longstanding SYSPRO expertise, not instead of it. PinPoint brings the broader governance, program, and client-delivery perspective back to a platform Shaun has worked with for decades.

WHY FRACTIONAL
Most mid-market companies do not need another full-time executive. They do need ERP ownership.
Fractional leadership creates continuity across projects without forcing the business to hire for a workload that may fluctuate. It also gives executives a senior person who can challenge vendors, prioritize work, build internal capability, and stay accountable between implementation milestones.
PinPoint is based in Florida and works remotely with manufacturers and distributors nationwide, with in-person work where the engagement justifies it.

Start with the ERP problem, not a procurement process. A short conversation is enough to decide whether PinPoint is useful.
